All our quarters are mixed! (Best of both worlds!) Pick how you would like your QUARTER, SIDE or WHOLE cut!

PLEASE NOTE: Our butcher is currently 3 months out, so we require a deposit to be placed on all orders.

All Quarters and Sides are PRE-CUT and a list of items are in each product description. For a WHOLE BEEF you get to choose your cuts (see cut sheet below)

Kielbasa, Brats and Sausage

  • Southern (105), Polish Kielbasa, Bratwurst Links $3.00 per lbs / Bagged $1.75 per lbs.

  • Polish Kielbasa w/ cheese - Links $4.50 per lbs.

  • Hickory Smoked Southern (105), Smoked Polish Kielbasa - $6.50 per lbs.

  • Italian Sausage - Hot, Medium and Mild Links $2.75 per lbs / Bagged $1.50 per lbs.

  • Breakfast - Links $2.75 per lbs / Bagged $1.50 per lbs./Brown Sugar Maple Breakfast Sausage Bagged $1.75 per lbs.

  • Bratwurst w/ beer - Links $4.00 per lbs.

  • Bratwurst w/ cheese - Links $4.50 per lbs.

Splitting fee per animal $50 ($25 added each side)

Beef Processing HIDE $125 HEAD $25

(any other extras are subject to additional fee)

$150 Slaughter Fee

$1.50 Processing Fee per pound on the dressed weight to cut/ wrap. ***this fee is based on our cut sheet. Recreating and merchandising is subject to additional fee.

$25 Disposal Fee

**Beef that dresses out 400lbs. or below is a flat $600 to cut/ wrap plus $150 slaughter fee and $25 disposal fee.

ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 Days OF FIRST NOTICE OR $50 WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL

5 DAYS FOR STORAGE.
